I do sessions in person, on the phone, in a Zoom meeting, or via email. It depends on the situation and your preference. I am available most weekdays between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm (MT).
I've been known to meet with clients in a variety of settings. Sometimes, it's to the client's advantage if I accompany them to the place where they are practicing their new narratives. I mean, can you imagine wanting to up your free-throw percentages and going to some guy's office to talk about it for 50 minutes?
